Automatic recording
Open the record screen and go. Sampling adapts between stationary, walking, driving and power-save modes, and keeps running with the screen off.
Every road you take becomes a journey.
TripMemory is a GPS track recorder and travel journal. Your phone records the whole way; the web app is where you replay, compare and share it — no route planning, no manual check-ins along the way.
Capabilities
Navigation tells you how to get there. TripMemory remembers how you went. On a ride, a hike or a drive, the route, the places and what you spent stay together.
Open the record screen and go. Sampling adapts between stationary, walking, driving and power-save modes, and keeps running with the screen off.
Once linked to an account, entering a new district leaves a time-stamped check-in with a local introduction. One sentence is enough to save a note.
The route fills a full-screen map and changes colour along the distance travelled. Several days can be overlaid for comparison.
Create a public read-only link. Friends can open the map and its check-ins without an account.
Local-first: tracks land in the phone's database first. Export GPX, map images or a complete database backup.
Record on the phone, organise on the web. Incremental sync under your account carries the journeys across devices.
The mobile app is Flutter. Recording adapts between four states — stationary, walking, driving and power-save — and filters GPS drift in several passes. The web app is Go + React, built for the big-screen map, trip comparison and read-only sharing. Data is local-first; the cloud only handles sync and sharing.
